Guest cancel (email [email protected]): 7+ days 90% back, 1–6 days 80%, same-day cancel 60%. No-show without canceling is not a refund. If we cancel for any reason with 24+ hours notice, we keep 20% and refund 80%. If we cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we refund 100%. Full schedule on Policies.
